Services

VitalStream offers customers a full range of services including media streaming, managed servers, web hosting and other consulting services. Digital broadcasting services include pay-per-view, on-demand streaming, live-event streaming, and encoding services (through Partners). VitalStream's managed hosting services enable customers to outsource their IT department at a significant cost savings. Other services include shared hosting and colocation. All services are backed up by a dedicated 24x7x365 support team.

Technologies

VitalStream has developed two complimentary technologies, the MediaConsole™ and the NetCluster™ Network, that enable customers to broadcast and manage media content over the Internet.

The MediaConsole is a web-based application that automates the complex process of digital broadcasting and advanced web hosting for VitalStream customers. Using a simple point-and-click interface, customers have the ability to self-provision streaming, hosting and e-mail services.

VitalStream's Content Delivery Network was specifically engineered to meet the heavy demands of streaming media and advanced web hosting. The Network features a reliable gigabit Ethernet backbone, a secure environment, multiple fiber optic OC12 and gigabit connections to the internet and 24x7x365 monitoring by Network technicians.

VitalStream's full-line of services combined with two core technologies provides customers with a digital broadcasting platform to reach targeted audiences worldwide.
